Alannah Linnane
I have worked in financial services since 2014 and I am working towards my CeMap qualification. I live in Kettering with my partner Brad, fluffy oversized cat Bronson and my parrot Rudy (who loves a good dance to some drum and bass!) Hobbies include going to music events and attempting to go to the gym. Favourite food is a good burrito!
Alex Greaves
I have been in the mortgage industry since 2011 but with TMP since 2015, best years of my life!
I have 3 kids who dominate, sorry, are my life.
I enjoy most sports, football, golf, rugby, tennis…these are all arm chair sports I should add and definitely not taking part in.
Amber Lenton
‘Since 2019 my career was within the surveying industry. Keen to widen/expand my knowledge and pursue my passion in customer service, I joined TMP. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and welcoming, I am thrilled to be a part of the team.
I have two black cats called Ruby & Luna as well as a Chihuahua called Rolo. (Spotted in my picture) They are all their own characters who like to keep me company throughout the day!
My favourite colour is pink! In my spare time I enjoy baking & computer games. My favourite genres of film/series are comedy and crime.’
Arlene Upton
I have worked in Financial Services forever! I started out in the protection industry where I gained my FPC qualifications, before moving onto mortgages, and in particular the affordable homes market, where I’ve stayed since the mid 90s. While I’m currently based in the sunny south east and have lived here for many years, I was born in Glasgow, which has resulted in me being classed as bidialectal; which accent will I be using today? I love music of all kinds and was a member of the Gilbert & Sullivan Society with leading roles in Trial by Jury and Pirates of Penzance.
Catherine Davison
I started working in Estate Agency in 2002 where I quickly fell in love with the property market. I then studied for my CeMap & went into banking as a mortgage & protection adviser. I am a bit of a Rightmove addict!?
After growing up in London and getting married we moved down to the Sussex coast to raise our son, daughter & Patterdale terrier Ralph. Being a huge foodie I then opened a sandwich bar & coffee shop in Rye, East Sussex which I successfully ran for 7 years
I enjoy travelling and spend as much time as possible in Spain. I also love hiking, kayaking and a good steak and chips!!
Dave Bell
I have worked in the mortgage industry since 2005 with Santander and joined TMP in April 2023.
In my spare time I love spending time with my daughter Sophie and my wife exploring Scotland. I am also a keen Motherwell FC supporter - someone has to!
I am a beer and coffee “connoisseur” and occasionally enjoy a trip to the pub (when my wife lets me).
David Poole
I spent most of my career to date in International Transport taking in huge amounts of travel including 4 years living in Denmark. Then in 2021 I decided I would help launch and run the HMV Empire in Coventry. Ed Sheeran on opening night was a highlight as was helping get Elton John’s grand piano on stage – via 5 flights of stairs! At work my focus is performance and outside of work my focus is also performance – of the musical and sporting kind.
Emma Malloch
I have worked in the property industry since 2010 after leaving university. I’ve been lucky enough to gain valuable knowledge from all sources: from Freehold companies to Asset Management for large caproate clients. I’ve always been keen to help people and love being able to help buyers find either their dream home or their first home! I am a keen reader and will read just about any genre; although I must admit I am a bit of a fantasy geek!
Emma-Louise St Clair-Pierre
I have worked in the NHS/care industry since 2009 having career breaks in between to have my 3 children, I have ventured off into other career paths but mainly always did go back to care work. I joined TMP in November 2024 needing a complete 360 on what I wanted to do with my life. Numbers and an eye for detail being one of my strong points. I have a caring nature and love helping others so thought why not help people get on the property ladder. The thought of being able to help others reach a lifelong dream or to start a new chapter in their life is an unexplainable feeling.
Outside of work I am a wife to Joel and Mummy to Connor, Zachary & Max. Family time is the most important time! We spend most of our weekends at football matches, generally out and about or snuggled up on the sofa in our pjs with a bowl of popcorn.
Giovanni Buckley
I started my journey within financial services around 2013 in various roles within retail banking, I took the jump into the mortgage industry in 2019 and haven’t looked back!!
Apart from mortgages and all things financial I have a passion for music and martial arts!!! (Including old Kungfu flicks.) I also watch a bit of MMA Boxing and indulge in the odd game of footie!!!
When the weather permits I’ll be cooking up some jerk chicken on the BBQ listening to old skool classic selecta’s and sipping rum punch with family and friends!!
Grace McDougall
I have been a part of the TMP family since leaving school and I became completely engrossed in the industry straight away. Cricket is my absolute passion and I have been involved my whole life. I now dedicate my time as the club’s youth team coordinator to coaching and assisting the managing of our 3 youth groups. When I am not on a cricket pitch, I will most likely be found shopping as handbags and shoes are a massive weakness of mine and one I am all too happy to give into.
Graeme Crisp
I have worked in the mortgage industry since the very early 2000’s starting out at one of the major high street banks.
I’m a season ticket holder for the best club in London, I very much enjoy Indian food and always aim to choose the hottest item on the menu !
I used to live in Kent but am now an Essex man through and through.
I hate gardening so I astro turfed the whole of my back garden !
Hannah Whitmore
Originally from Leicester, I have over 10 years of direct customer facing experience. I pride myself on working to detail and achieving the best outcome for my clients. In my home life I like to relax with yoga and gardening, and I keep my creative flair alive with photography. I am a huge music lover and I’m always looking to add to my ever growing vinyl record collection.
Harriet Brearton
Originally from Yorkshire, I worked as a legal Secretary since finishing my Business and Law degree in 2017. Like many others when the pandemic hit, I found that my passions and priorities laid elsewhere, and I began questioning what I really wanted to do in life. All I knew was that I wanted to help people and was drawn to the Financial Services, particularly mortgages. Looking forward I aim to complete the CeMAP course with the hope of one day becoming a Mortgage Advisor.
Outside of work I’m a wife to Will and mummy to Arabella, Bodhi and Clementine. Family time is so important to us, and we are always out exploring forests, country parks and on nature trails. I love all things art and crafts related and have a passion for reusing, recycling, and restyling home décor, so when I get a spare minute, you’ll find me creating something new.
Helena Thomas
I started off working within the mortgage industry down in Devon since 2017, where I have been studying for my CeMap qualification. I joined TMP in 2023 and have enjoyed every day! I am a big lover of music and always on the lookout for festivals/gigs to enjoy throughout the year! In my spare time I love going for walks and exploring new places with my partner and our fur-baby, Floki, who is our absolutely nuts but loveable Cocker/King Charles spaniel!
Holly Dixon
I have been in financial and property services since 2008 but have been a mortgage advisor since 2017 and loved every second! When I am not talking mortgage's I can usually be found baking cakes or spending time with my family and many nieces! I love to travel, meet new people and sing and dance at every opportunity!
Ian Grice
I have been involved in the Mortgage world for over 20 years and in Financial Services even longer. A dog loving family man who nearly ran over Teddy Sheringham at Faro Airport in 2002 and an avid Absolute 80's radio listener along with proud supporter of Crystal Palace FC!
Jags Phull
I have been in the world of Finance since 1997,
I have a vast knowledge of retail and corporate banking,
I am a tea and whisky connoisseur, albeit self-proclaimed,
My passion is my love of classic Mercedes cars,
I am an avid Liverpool fan and my favourite saying is Happy Days!
Jaspal Tumber
I have supported Leicester City Football Club (long before they were famous and became Champion of England in 2016!). I also like many other sports such as boxing, which helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle (which I manage to do most of the time until I end up in KFC!). I have started my mortgage career with TMP and love the people I work with. They are the liveliest bunch you will ever meet!
Jasper Gilbert
I have worked in customer service/sales roles since 2014. Starting out in car sales and then moving over to the financial industry in 2017 when I became an insurance advisor for one of the biggest banks in Canada.
After moving back to the UK I joined TMP as a Client account manager in 2024 in hopes of getting my CeMap qualification and working towards becoming a mortgage advisor.
My partner and I recently bought our first home so I can't wait to help people buy theirs!
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my family and friends, my two gorgeous nieces and wonderful partner Jesse. We love to travel as much as possible, explore garden centres all around the UK and go for nice country walks. (Puppy coming 2025.)
Jesse Whitelock
A little bit about me - I have worked in healthcare since 2014 but have always wanted to pursue a career in finance, particularly mortgages. In 2021, I took the leap! Along with my career change, I am currently studying for a full CeMap qualification.
Away from home, I am dog mom to 2 little ‘angels’ Piper & Darcey. When I’m not giving them my undivided attention, you will probably find me exploring old country Manors & gardens (Proud National Trust member!) or finding cute little vintage shops on my travels. I also adore anything 90’s related! The clothes, 90’s RnB and the romcoms. In my opinion it was the best decade! Not biased at all!
Jessica Gouldthorp
In 2018 I took the leap from retail management into finance and never looked back. With experience across the mortgage sector, I’ve helped many clients all the way from first time buyers to portfolio landlords.
My favourite part of my job is the day my customers pick up their keys to move in, knowing I’ve helped make the process stress free and ensuring they’re fully protected no matter what happens.
I live in a cottage up in the lovely northeast with my best pal (my dachshund Joey) and when I’m not working I’ll usually be found either at the yoga studio, covered in paint doing DIY or glued to a book.
Jo Dighton-Neill
I am a case manager and have helped many clients with remortgaging and buying further shares in their properties.
I have worked with our great team here at TMP since 2014 and have decades of experience in customer service.
If you call in to speak with us, the first person you will hear is me as I am the voice of TMP.
Joanna Foster
I have primarily worked in Retail Management and have always loved a busy & thriving environment. In 2022, after having both of my children, I decided to take a different career path into Community Management working on some Global brands. In November 2024 I decided I needed something new... TMP is a real 360 for me but I love helping people achieve their goals, so I'm excited to get stuck in!
Outside of work I love spending time with my two children, husband and dog Pip. Friends & family are the most important part of my life. And I love to squeeze in some crafting and travelling.
Joshua Clark
There are two types of people; those that like me, and those that haven’t met me yet.
I’ve been involved in the mortgage world since 2015, working my way from taking inbound mortgage queries to an experienced mortgage and protection specialist. I have been a qualified advisor since 2017, with a passion for ensuring my clients have a smooth journey. Buying a home is the most important financial decision most people will make, and it’s important to me that they receive the right advice and care start to finish.
A little bit about me; I’ve been described as weirdly charming; I am still unsure if that’s a compliment. I have a passion for health and fitness, comedy, and all things either Batman or Terry Pratchett. If you need advice on what TV to buy or computer parts, it’s all part of the service.
Julie Johnston
I have worked in financial services for over 30 years and started working for TMP in 2017. I took a short sabbatical but couldn’t stay away so now I am back and enjoying the role of a co-ordinator. I live in Devon with my little pug - who has a peanut for a brain - he’s completely bonkers and love spending time with my two very young granddaughters
Kathryn Skinner
I began working in financial services in the late 90’s. I started off working in various banks and building societies and then TMP was born (it was very tiny then). After a few years of mortgage advising I left to have my son, and kept my work life simple and focused on him. I’ve now gone full circle and back at TMP, sticking to the accounts side of this for now! Out of work I love my holidays, very stuck in my ways and tend to go to Tenerife, I have made a promise to my son that I will spread my wings and see some different places. I do enjoy lazy days with my equally lazy dog Frankie who is my baby and likes to be at my side at all times.
Kelly Admanson
Before joining TMP in 2022, I had previously worked as a Curtain Maker. But like many other people, when the pandemic hit it really made me question what I wanted to be doing with my life.
This light bulb moment encouraged me to start researching other opportunities and it was through this that I found and enrolled myself on the CeMAP course with the hope that one day I could become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. And naturally with my studies, I started searching for positions within the financial services and mortgage industry, which brings me to where I am today!
In my home life I am a dedicated dog mum to my beautiful fur baby Bear, and I love spending time with my friends, family, and husband outside of work.
Kelly McCabe
I started out in financial services at the ripe old age of 19. I spent a few years working in an estate agency style brokerage before breaking out on my own and setting TMP up in 2005. I love what I do, I am that annoying person that looks forward to going to work every day; I’m not sure the rest of the team feel that way about seeing me though! My spare time is dominated by a mixture of my dogs, food and motorbikes. I may have taken part in a reality TV show once too, but if you haven’t seen it I can deny it ever happened.
Larrinae Ballantyne
I was born in Zimbabwe & grew up in South Africa and made the move to the UK with my son in 2018. I have more than 10 years’ experience in office management and joined TMP in 2019 as a Client Account Manager.
I absolutely love cooking and sharing new recipes with friends and family. When not in the kitchen or at work I spend my time going on walks, hikes and parks with my son. Every year between July & September I dedicate time to raising funds for the fight in Rhino poaching in South Africa which ends with a 5km walk.
Lee Wright
I joined TMP in 2020 and am loving every minute! I have 2 children and am hugely family orientated (They keep me on my toes, lots). I am highly competitive and outgoing, so I may come off as a bit of a ‘Monica (Friends)’ at times.
Lisa Phull
I have been in the mortgage and protection industry since 2008, although I did take a short break to stay at home with my children while they were little. I have 3 daughters: Mya (12), Avani (10) and Jayda (6). They’re all at school full time now so that brings to me where I am today at TMP. I joined the team in 2024 and have never looked back.
We love spending our weekends making the most of family time together…from exploring parks and new places, to trying new foods and watching movies. And I couldn’t leave out my fur baby, Jax. He’s a boxer, crazy as they come. But that fits in just perfect with our crazy little family.
Louise Jacob
I started working in financial services in 2014, when shortly after buying my first house, being previously in the travel industry, the mortgage broker I used was so helpful she inspired me to make a change and become one myself, since then I have never looked back.
My passion is anything shared ownership I love the fact I can be a part of turning a house into a home and an empty site into a community.
When I’m not working, I love nothing more than spending time with my family, normally building our own town out of Lego, or scuba diving.
Melissa Walker
After a 15-year career in financial accounts, I decided to change career to work within the Mortgage industry. After getting my CeMAP qualifications I was keen to progress my career in the mortgage industry and I have joined The Mortgage People. Everyone has been lovely and I'm very excited to build my career with TMP.
I enjoy cooking exciting new dishes but my fave dish I love to cook for my family is Sunday Roast with a Caribbean twist. I also enjoy making cocktails especially with a good rum or cognac.
Milcah Stevenson
I have been in financial services since 2002 and have had the pleasure of working with some very knowledgeable and passionate people. While I studied Accounting at university, I found myself leaning more towards mortgage finance once the opportunity came around and I haven’t looked back since! I live in Leicester with my husband and one son (despite constant pleads from my mother to have more children). I am very excited about a career with TMP and am looking forward to our journey together. I love romantic comedies, Japanese animation and anything by Marvel comics or the MCU (marvel cinematic universe).
Mitchell Cunniffe
Since 2013, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of mortgage and protection plans, providing peace of mind and financial security.
Nestled in picturesque Cornwall with my two beautiful children, Rafe and Myla, we embrace the coastal life, spending our days on the beach and enjoying the sea at every opportunity we get. Passionate about sports, I relish every opportunity to play rugby, football, golf and surf the Cornish waves. When I am not on the field or in the water, you'll find me at festivals, soaking in the atmosphere of live music.
Natasha Glenard
I have worked within the mortgage industry for over 10 years. I have a crazy Dalmatian called Luna who was born in 2020 and she is a lunatic, she fits right in with our crazy family! I love to go out and explore new places and love to find castles and waterfalls when we go somewhere new! I love listening to music and a catch up with the girls is always something I look forward to.
Niall Howard
I’ve been a Mortgage Adviser since 2016, specialising in Shared Ownership since 2019. Prior to that I set up and ran Dad groups and parenting courses which I'm proud to say still run today!
A modest Dad (complete lie I'm wrapped around her finger and she is the BEST) I'm an ex boxer/MMA fighter that can whip up a mean dinner or dessert - all while offering you sound financial advice!
Ola Sandom
I have worked in the Financial Services sector for over 15 years – banking, mortgages and pensions. At home my son Jacob and fur babies Poppy and Bella keep me busy. Busy work life, busy home life, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Car boot sales and TK Maxx are my weaknesses, you just never know what treasure you might find and if it’s a bargain, even better! The TMP work family are a nice bunch, time flies but we always have fun along the way.
Olivia Judge
After leaving school, I decided I wanted to do an apprenticeship in customer service; I really enjoy helping people and solving problems along the way! After passing my apprenticeship with a distinction I decided I wanted to continue pursuing my career in financial services where I have been since 2019. Outside of work I love spending time with my dog Oswald. We love weekends away walking!
Paul Gillibrand
I have been working in the banking industry since 2005.
I am a keen cyclist having done many charity rides.
Now I have 2 children all my spare time seems to revolve around them.
Peter Hudson
Hello there, I gained my CeMap qualification in early 2023 to pursue my goal of becoming a mortgage and protection consultant. I joined TMP in June 2023 as a Client account manager and couldn’t believe how welcoming my colleagues were and can see why they give such great customer service, something that I always aim to provide myself. Before this I had studied music at university in Brighton. I was fortunate to play in many different bands that toured Europe. I moved back to my hometown in Northamptonshire where I became a postman by day and carried on my love for music by night.
Since my amazing son has come along, playing live music has taken a bit of a backseat as I enjoy spending so much time with him and watching him grow. We have two indoor Lion head rabbits that destroy everything and hate us but it’s okay I guess…because they are so FLUFFY.
In my spare time I love hiking, playing music when I can, live events, taking part in new experiences, cooking and travelling the world. My favourite places to date are Iceland, New Zealand and Australia. But I have plenty more on the bucket list I hope to explore in the future.
Piyush Sharma
I’ve got a diverse background—starting in investments and insurance as a client advisor, transitioning into team management, and now thriving in the world of mortgages since 2022. I love working with people, helping them navigate their home financing decisions, and making those big dreams a reality. But hey, life’s about balance, right? When I’m not helping others with their homes, you’ll find me sharpening my mind over a game of chess, diving into thought-provoking books, or having lively conversations with people from all walks of life. Oh, and I’ve got a soft spot for offbeat movies that make you think twice about the world!"
Richard Humby
I have worked in finance since 1999 and I have been a broker since 2018 and I have gained much experience with mortgages and protection.
I am a married father of two and as a family we love days out at parks and the seaside.
I also took time to study Fine Art where I specialised in oil painting. I like to paint, read, and visit galleries, however my two children much prefer theme parks to Art galleries.
Robyn Burberry
I started working in the financial industry in 2018 dealing with mortgage arrears. Since then, I have moved to TMP and luckily for me, I have been able to start dealing with the happy side of mortgages. TMP has a great family feel which I feel lucky to be a part of. Before starting at TMP, I started my studies for my CF1 exam which I hope to pass and progress to my CF6 qualification. I live in Corby with my boyfriend and our crazy Staffy Roxy! I love music, days out, spending time with friends and family and of course I’m a huge dog lover. I enjoy meeting new people through TMP and love helping clients on their path to their new home.
Shanna Lacy-Jones
I joined team TMP in June 2024 after working in A&E at Kettering General Hospital from 2010. Since buying our first home, I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in financial services and I am working towards gaining my CeMap qualifications. Outside of work I spend my time with my husband Mark, two children - Elsie and Charlie and our little pooch Walter.
Sian Allaway
I have been working with TMP since 2011 and love the family feel in the office. I am always dedicated to providing the best customer service. At home I have a baby son and a fur-baby who is a Parsons Jack Russell, they tend to take up most of my time! I do the odd ghost hunt now and again and am intrigued with the paranormal. I also have a keen interest in the War of the Roses and Tudor periods. Philippa Gregory is my favourite author; she writes fantastic factual historic novels from this period from the viewpoint of the strong women who were involved in and behind some of history’s great events.
Sue White
I have worked in the mortgage world since the mid-90s, with customer service always at the forefront. I am a member of the early starters tea club and a new connoisseur of green teas. I am a keen gardener, but am no Alan Titchmarsh! I’m also cake maker to the office since joining in 2008.
Triinu Lohu
I initially studied Tourism and Spanish at university, but only worked in the tourism industry briefly for a couple of years. I started working in Shared Ownership sales in 2017, then moving over to TMP and the financial side in 2023. I’ve enjoyed the affordable housing industry and helping people get on the property ladder, it is the best feeling when you can be a part of making someone’s dreams of owning their very own home come true.
In my spare time you’ll find me doing all sorts of arts and crafts, DIY and gardening in my Victorian townhouse, reading and going on nature walks, or spoiling my cat Astro with toys and cuddles. I love travelling and cultural destinations are my favourite – I can’t lay on a beach or by the pool, I absolutely love going on holidays to experience the local life and culture, with traditional restaurants, museums, galleries and wine tours! I also enjoy doing a bit of exercise, but mainly I love watching sports from the comfort of my sofa with a glass of wine in hand, especially Formula 1, athletics and the occasional football match.
Victoria MacGregor
Having always worked in customer service, I was fortunate enough to make the decision to stay at home with my children whilst they were small and so since 2016, that's been me! I have 2 daughters called Libbi (10) and Dottie (6) and they were the making of me. They're both now in full time education and so here I am, excited and looking forward to getting stuck in at TMP. I started in June 2022 and I am enjoying every minute!
Family time is really important to us and my husband and I love taking our girls to new places, exploring country parks, forests, nature trails, you name it - so in our spare time you'll probably find us somewhere along those lines, otherwise we love a good make and do sesh with the craft box and a board game!
I love music, live shows, nerdy computer games (fully blaming my husband for this one), and winter. I miss Christmas for at least 11 months of the year, haha!
